Embroidery
Our Melco EMT16 Plus is unrivaled in commercial embroidery and represents the most up-to-date in embroidery technology, delivering the highest quality sewing and the ability to stitch on the widest variety of products from the industry.
Vinyl
Heat transfer vinyl is a specialty vinyl polymer that can be used on certain fabrics and materials to create various designs. It comes in a roll or sheet form with an adhesive backing so it can be cut, weeded, and pressed.
Sublimation
Sublimation printing is the process of putting your own designs on to a transfer paper using special inks, which is then heat-pressed over the top of the garment, the design is then turned in to a gas and transferred onto the product. Sublimatable substrates have to be 100% polyester.
