September has been a great month if you're a golf lover. The BMW Classic, the ladies' Solheim Cup last weekend and to finish off the month the men's Ryder Cup.
This summer we have had the pleasure of working with a host of golf clubs and businesses, supplying a plethora of golfing goodies to enhance club profile or make corporate days go with a swing, pardon the pun.
January saw us start off the golf season with all important planning and printing of diaries and scorecards, from then on, it ramps up until the winter mats are thrown aside in April and all golfers are let onto the new grass like a herd of coo's!
AS we can print nearly 80% of all the products we supply in-house, this has allowed quick turnaround times at short notice.
BE PART OF THE TEAM
Several of our clients this summer have enjoyed corporate golf days, and we've had the pleasure of embroidering their Callaway, Ping and Adidas polo shirts and half zip jumpers with their company logo to look part of the team.
Club golf towels and water bottles have also been a favourite to hang from the bag.
Having the LEF 12 UV printer, our customers have been able to personalise golf balls and tees of any quantity, not having to stick to minimum quantities at extortionate prices.
AIM FOR THE FLAG
Recently, one of our customers had a corporate day to celebrate a milestone and we were able to supply them with a crest flag and 3m x 1m banner, along with personalised golf balls and towels. All items were delivered together and well ahead of the big day.
Pin flag sponsorship is also a great advert for a business looking crisp and classy on the course.
THE 19TH HOLE
A winner in the 19th hole has been a new non-tear, wipeable, waterproof paper called Picofilm. We have had several clubs enquire and invest in this for their menus and place cards.
Chefs and hospitality staff have also liked our range of workwear from Premier, durable and cost-effective while looking smart.
While the competitive season is almost drawing to a close, we hope the golfers amongst you have had a successful summer. If you don't play, give it a go at your next corporate day - it's not the ruination of a good walk, but a great social event. It's said "a golfer lives 5 years longer".
We hope to see you next season for all your promotional golf needs.
Go Team Europe.
